“We are a family of three with a pre-teen. When I planned our trip to Rio, I had a lot of concerns. We've never been to South America before, nor speak any Portuguese.
Thanks one of my friend recommending Silvia being our tour agency and she recommended Ida as our guide. They really helped a lot, from hotel and car booking to airport picking up, from daily tour schedulling to restaurants reserving. They worked on these all your best interest. Without Silvia and Ida's help, we wouldn't be able to have such a wonderful and worry-free time in Rio.
